Why the variation in HG bonus for ST?

I'm looking at the most recent ST awards for level 16.

Demon_13 wins 1st in both Demons and Knights.
However, is awarded 10 HG bonus for Knights but only 5 HG bonus for Demons.

Further, in prior ST, wins 1st in Demons and 2nd in Knights.
But is awarded 8 HG bonus for Demons and 7 HG bonus for Knights.

Shouldn't such awards be consistent across factions/tourneys?

If not, why not?

There's a limit of 15HG points per ST
That's why thats being broken down as 10+5.

If you win only 1, you'll get 10. No variation.
