It's been a while, maybe I missed some discussion about it--when I click on a facility, as of now id = 68, instead of into the facility page, I am directed to this page with not sure what codec language. It's some sort of game I have not been able to figure out how exactly to play, though I have been at it for a few hours. Anyway, that facility is not available to me for days. Here is some message copied from the page, not useful, I know, just the taste of it:

| I don't think it is a glitch. It is a designed game, and it must have been triggered some way. Maybe I stayed idle in the facility too long? Wish I can figure out the encoding of the page so at least I can throw whatever it is to google translate... |
Ok, I guess it is a glitch... the encoding is Cyrillic and the message says:
Game HeroesWM.ru unavailable :(
Because of the accident in the data center of our provider, the server heroeswm.ru is unavailable. We are waiting for a speedy solution to the problem. (Refresh)
and the game is to kill time I guess:
