If i use ABC + hunter license the spawn time for natural monster will be :
A. 40 minutes - (30% * 40) - (25% * 40)
B. 40 minutes - (55% * 40)
C. Only 1 effect applied (ABC bonus)
**if i use regular hunter license(25% reduction) | I don't have experience with the hunter license, but I know the master hunter license stacks with ABC. I assume it that's the case for hunter license as well.
My hunt wait time is 7 minutes before 8:00, and 14 minutes after 8:00.

Yes wrong math i mean, reduction after reduction. This is as you explained
As you used master hunter
40 min- 50% = 20 minute
