| What does it do? | It gives you the average faction level for your combat level for the faction that you use it with. At your level, the potion of skill would give you faction level 7 for whatever faction you use it on.
To use a potion of skill, change your character to the faction you want and then use the potion in your inventory. When you're in battle, your faction level will be increased to level 7. | It does not overwrite your faction level if your current level is higher.
