However some random guys are so bad, seems more like winning means having luck on your side by getting good partner.

normaly I would agree with that for many events. this one, however, have to disagree.
if get a partner, make a good strategy, playing for 20 wins is very likey. quite easy CG points and lots of useful potions. Played 12 with partner. only one time opps build was very interesting and quite challenging. rest was plain sailing.
random part can be a pain though. but you dont need to play it yet still MAY get max parts (30) possible.
20/22 random score, feels nice.
