Agree with the above and hopefully it stays that way. It's pointless grinding guilds and it will lessen the achievement if you can just buy a guild potion anytime. For faction skill it works fine and is more of a necessity.
In the current design where it is active at specific CG times it is good but if it became a permanent thing it would damage CG. |
How would it damage cg?

It would kill the high end competition and ruin the game dynamics. If my guilds and faction level match every other player when using a potion then why bother training them or developing a character in the first place?
Could quite happily play 4x4 group battles on auto all day every day and hardly bother enrolling. It doesn't matter because when I come to play pvp all my stats would be equal.

Do you understand potion of skill does the same thing?

Of course, the fact that only 10% of the player base is competitive in PvP does no harm at all to this aspect of the game :)
