Recently someone asked me to lend them some gold and hence they would return me back but im not sure if it's legal or not and he also said he would return with 50% interest which I did not ask for.
So just in case if this transaction happens (only if its legal) and he fails to return me i can complain about it?

You can give loans(Max 20*Combat Level), max term being 1month.
If he fails, you can complain and he will be levied 2*Loan penalty but you won't receive a penny.
