Its easy lol. Just look at the workshift end time: it used to be :05 now its :30
Few minutes before the workshift ends, u go to some random facility, type in the enroll code and copy the code.
Go to roulette wheel and wit till :29:50
go to diamond repository, refresh the heck out of it until the enroll box comes out. paste into the box and enroll.
