I do however reply most mails unless the mail has no purpose or all, or is asking for loan/donation.
Any conversations held in foreign language with strangers will be replied to in english if they contain "rough" or "informal" language.
This is due to google translate not translating well at all. In the past, I have used the word "service" in google translate when using the russian forums to sell my guide service. Google translate translated it as the "service a prostitute provides". In return, I was punished with a forum ban when it was NOT my fault at all.
It is my god given right to invoke my right to remain silent, and hence I respectfully refuse to engage in any forms of communication with any players in any foreign language.
This is to prevent self incrimination and potential language miscommunication where my words may be used against me in a report as a form of negative behavior and/or racism.
There have been cases in the past where players have been harassed, blackmailed and punished wrongfully after they were not willing to give out loans / favors etc.
If I do not communicate at ALL, there is ZERO chance of self incrimination and conflict.
Hence, it is in my best interest to NOT reply to any players I don’t like or any means of conversations in any FOREIGN language. (mostly beggars)
