This year has turned out to be difficult for the Empire. But, despite all the difficulties, her Heroes still managed to pass all the tests with dignity and even find new allies among the countless enemies. And this is worth a lot, including a well-deserved moment of joy and fun, of which there are traditionally many during the New Year holidays. These days, everyone will certainly find something to their liking - something personal or worthy to be shared with friends and family. New Year is a time of simple and small miracles that give more happiness than all the riches of the world. And they are everywhere, they are in hearts that beat in unison, together seeing off the hardships of the past and looking forward to many new glorious adventures.
Dear Heroes! New Year is already on the doorstep - and we hurry to congratulate you on the upcoming holiday! We wish you a great mood on the last day of this difficult year - and may the next one certainly become better than the last one. May all your hopes come true and your expectations come true. And to maintain the festive mood, according to the already established tradition, from this moment until January 3 inclusive, New Year's festive events will be held in the Empire:
1) Battles of the New and Old Years on the hunt;
2) Quests of the guild of mercenaries 40% more often;
3) Ambushes of thieves 40% more often;
4) Quests of rangers 40% more often;
5) Hunts 40% more often;
6) Health recovery 40% faster;
7) Mana recovery 40% faster;
8) The cost of resurrecting creatures of the Leaders Guild is 20% lower;
9) Received skill points are 20% more;
10) New Year's deer Yasha, which allows you to move 80% faster (90% for dragon owners);
11) Festive tree on the battlefield;
12) New Year's images of players;
13) New Year's ale in the gifts section of the store;
14) Each hero from the 3rd level who has entered the game on these holidays will receive a holiday artifact (1 per day);
15) Gift boxes on the battlefields in PvP battles, the bonus from which can affect the outcome of the battle;
16) Canceled planned attacks of Survilurgs;
17) Canceled entry fees for all card tournaments;
18) Canceled entry fees for all quick tournaments 1x1, 2x2, 3x3;
19) Festive Mixed Tournament with no entry fees and no wear on artifacts !;
20) For all heroes from level 3, 5 battles per day will be available (attempts are not carried over) against the Cold Army. For a victory, your reward can be: gold, a set of artifacts for creatures, a unique artifact with reduced durability, diamonds, a box with a gift or an artifact from the store at your level. Modifiers don't work. |
| There is a chane in xp for hunts. 100 xp per battle for level 1 regardless of creatures and 200xp per battle for level 2. |

This change happened ages ago. There were so many updates that I can't find the exact topic it happened in (I could've also missed it while scouring through the LWM and HWM forums). Now the minimum xp for hunt is tied to CL. If you are cl15 you will be getting a minimum of 1500xp for hunt |

| No. However rats will be gone forever on after 4rd January. |
It was 2013 when they first introduced minimum exp for hunts at 70 * CL
There were no min-exp limits on the Cl 1-2 earlier.
They have introduced caps for them as well, which makes it a very serious nerf in fact. |

The great advantage of hunting (horoscope creatures - aka rat 2020) that is you obtain an achievement it's permanent. This creature is out of the loop, the next rat will be rat 2032. So, unlike other hunts where you can lose your achievement.
So, in terms of hunting, this is the only true creature that give you a permanent hunting achievement pending your success. |

The great advantage of hunting (horoscope creatures - aka rat 2020) that is you obtain an achievement it's permanent. This creature is out of the loop, the next rat will be rat 2032. So, unlike other hunts where you can lose your achievement.
Not quite the rat in 2032 will be a different creature with respect to score board since it will be named Rat 2032.
So I am guessing its a permanent award, unless one of the days is a hunters day where such animals can be hunted which are not present on the other days |
