| I am a level 10 Dark Elf but I still do not have my confusion, fireball and etc spells although I have magic guild level 3. Help needed. | You need the basic magic talent to learn level 3 spells.
Basic chaos magic for fireball and ice ring, basic darkness magic for weakness and confusion. |
