You need 100 licenses in the same location to get a full estate with 0 stars. This means an estate costs many millions.
This is an older part of the game which now has limited purpose unless you desperately need increased inventory slots. They were useful for enhanced health regen and income but these properties are now basically obsolete with tavern potion and facility shares. Once upon a time it took 30 minutes for health to regen and 1 hour for mana. |
