Authordemoralize mechanic

When a troop gets demoralized, does it count as a wait or a defend on the inititive bar? do retaliation reset? follow up for previous question, if retaliation doesnt reset, does it mean the Ability: Wild Reflexs' damage also doesnt reset?

It counts as a wait so yes retaliation is reset.
