No unless it borders on financial assist i.e. you were repairing for only a handful of guys at significantly below cost.

Yes you can. However it is very costly. I think for 12.000 coins repair = 1 diamond for instant repair = 3 smith points.
100 diamonds are roughly 300 smith points (or something around this based on my experience).
If you repair 30% efficiently and charge 20% for repair cost and then use diamonds, just because you can, you will be fine. |

| Then you can do it as often as you like, otherwise there wouldn't be an option :p I also do it now and then to shorten the queueu's. |

You can skip 4 hours by 1 diamond. So 1600 gold = 1 diamond for instant repair = 4 Smith repair points.
In the case of enchanting, you can skip 10 hours by 1 diamond. :) |
