Like the title says, is Abu Bakir's Charm stackable?

Meaning, I have an Abu Bakir's active already. If I get the bonus from Day of the Helpers, does my current Charm's duration get replaced with the new 5-day duration, or do the 5 days add up to it?

i have 2 days left on my last one and i just added another 30 days to it but i cannot stack onto it anymore then that.
