I have seen both sides, where some players look up and respect them for their dedication to the game but have also seen a very common term used by the russians, "fat nerd" translation when meeting pumped players.
What are your thoughts? Do u respect them or laugh at them? |

Respect but i'm biased. You can say the same for any game though.
Is the guy who is incredible at call of duty a cool guy or a sad loser who spends too much time on the game?
The guy who has a max level world of warcraft character, is he a skillful master or a loser neckbeard that needs to get out more?
This is a bit of a no lifer game in that it takes a long time to develop a decent character and a lot of serious players are here for hours and hours everyday. Is it more worthy of respect to spend years grinding and still be have a noob character or spend time min maxing and getting good stats? Those who cry about pumped guys are just mad about getting beat.
It's harder to respect the pay to win guys who spend lots of diamonds to get marginal improvement but ultimately they pay for the game so I can deal with it. |

| If im the pumped one I have mad respect for myself, cause im good. If im not pumped and others are more pumped then me they are all "fat nerds". |
