Friends and the fact that I can pause the game whenever I need to and for how long I have to. This includes taking a break in the middle of a fight (that's why I don't do CG) |

| A sad thread. For me enrolling is just a habit, my interest in actually playing the game comes and goes. It is the community that keeps things going. |

Bash me for this, but the community here makes me wanna quit the game many a times.
I'd say the primary reason I play on and off is because of events and ST (which they ruined now, sadly so no more ST for me) and the fact that I can always start over and grind hard, strive to be better again, there's no hard and fast rule or any real scope of anyone cheating in games. Not to mention, it's the only thing that's been constant for more than half my life for me. |

My reasons:
1. HoMM series are always my favorite games. Get a good relish of my memory by playing here.
2. Too old to play any quick-action games. Used to play AoE, Warcraft, Starcraft, etc. Not any more...
3. Too busy to play games that require constant and long-time attention.
Shorter version of the reasons: Old memory, self-controllable pace, flexible time.

Just chilling and talking with my brothers about this game to be honest.
Just some random coaching and cheering each other on in our battles and looking at our levels and guilds grow lol!
+ laughing at each other when they lose an easy event battle because they noob |
Personally, I'm a big fan of the drama that happens on the forums and it makes the game so much more entertaining.
But I still play because the grind and everything changed that made it more interesting for me, like CG, Events, collecting parts for a full set, etc. I love it |
| You can find better drama on prime video, hulu, netflix, hbomax, appletv.. maybe even crunchyroll instead of forums here. I have all these subscriptions so u can ask me for password :P |

| Holy hell I've played this game since 2009. I have no clue how I even found this game but I keep coming back ever since. Maybe it's the nostalgia factor or how I'm never gonna reach the end of this game XD. Dont think any other game has the same effect |
| simple... this is the one of the few games that you can quit for 1 year and come back and nothing changes, you can still keep up can do everything u used to be able to do with minimal disadvantages. still here after 12 years |

| Possibly because this is my rl addiction out of the others. And because developing the hero is a matter that only i can do in my own rhythm using the type of combats i want and because (in a sick way) here you can monitorize better the stats increase of your character rather than in rl. |
