Day of the Curse

If I enlist in a CG battle that starts at 0:00 for the 23:50 registration period, will that battle be affected by Day of the Curse or whatever "Day of" is currently happening?

I guess what I am asking is does the battle technically start before or after 23:59:59

i do beleive day of curse would be over. i remember last time day of bless hit i started cg at that time and vsed 2 hks with max damage wardens. was a nice fun surprise
