| Does anybody know the probability of having an element drop when completing a MG task? Is it common to not getting any elements in more than 20 consecutive MG task completions? |

That is not true.
There's a 20% chance of getting an element upon a successful MG quest. That 20% is independent of all other factors meaning, if you didn't get an element for 5 MG quest, the probability is still 20%. Some players have gone up to 30-50 MG quest without elements.
In the case of bp99 it is still 20% probability. Its not like the way lord fallen describes. You won't get a higher chance for an element even if you ran dry a 100 times. It stays 20%. RNG all the way. |
| I agree with Arca. If someone out there is lucky enough he/she might end up getting elements in all the quest he/she completes. That 20% probability for single element drop is constant for each quest. |
| On average you will receive 20%. Averages are averages. Dry spells do not matter. Over time (I.e a large amount of battles) you will still have about 20% drop rate. Argue if you want to. Your putting your opinion up against statistics and clearly only one is irrelevant |
for lord fallen: there is no need to get in the offense. If you browse the forum you can find many statistics. Players in the past had a drop rate between 14%-24%. It is pure RNG based on the players luck.
You can trow a dice 20 times and yet not once get a 6. Its basic RNG. A drop rate around 20% is OK and normal. |
