Anyone know why vermin's only siphon 5 mana? There's 68 vermin in the stack

They have a limit as to not siphon more than 25% of the enemy's mana.
Its not in the .com translation of the ability |

Yes, it's been a while since they did that, and it came along with a couple other changes to adjust DD's potency. It countered certain builds too much. |
