Just achieved thief leader's trust from thieves guild, what does this do?

Sadly nothing
Way way back at the start of the game 13 or so years ago there were rumours it would be linked to new thief guild features i.e. there would be special missions go do with thief leader trust. A bit like mercenary guild reputation.
Those extra features were never added and so it's not a thing. |
| There is also a thieves guild forum section which is hidden until TG3 that you will now have access to but it's a bit pointless. |
