As early as possible. If you can get your TGI now it will be far easier than starting at CL10-12. Expensive but worth it
Yes you can thieve in min AP and I would personally recommend it due to the dynamic balancing. Thieving in high AP is a waste of money* |
| Agreed with @ Acean. Better to start soon then later. Using min AP will make it profitable later on! Go for it! |
