Yesterday I purchased 100 diamonds and, instead of promised 3 artifacts, received only two. 10 chests of abundance, 1 clover of fortune, 1 shield of cold though no sword of cold.
What's the issue? Where's the sword? |

91 (+9 extra) diamond wont be enough. You need to purchase 100 (+10 diamonds = total 110).
In order to get the third artefact you now need to donate another 9-10 diamonds. |

Had my doubts if I want to donate to begin with, decided two days before the last one.
And what concerns asking: in forum rules / Q&A section there's designated person (account) that goes by the name Dealer; I sent two letters to him before starting a new threat here and both letters received no attention up to this moment. |
for slayerofall: In fact, it has NOT been like this every donation event. Only last year or so. Before that, I remember I always got LeG unit for donating 150 diamonds BEFORE bonus, i.e. I only had to purchase 137 diamonds and condition was fulfilled.
Feainnewedd is rightly disappointed, because the admins "forget" to give us this important piece of information in the announcement every time. |
