Accounts can not get "hacked" or "stolen". Trusting the wrong people with account info, such as passwords/mail is the reason this happens (a lot) --> or atleast this is what admin will react. Maybe you used a mail that got leaked on the worldwideweb with a PW? Then yes, it could have been stolen. Otherwise not..
This might sound harsch but there is nobody at fault but you for trusting the wrong people (or using a mail/PW that got leaked).
Lexa can change the password if you can provide detailed info --> Mail/previous passwords and any other info that shows you are the owner (diamonds history/account info,...). It is not possible to return any items. You can, however, report these players on forum and hope they might get a fine. But even then, you will not get any items back.
Gold can be gathered again, items aswel. Yes, its a bummer but atleast you got your account back.. Join a military clan, play events, do HG/MG/WG/TG/LG and in no time you will be back on your feet! If we can help, let us know! |
