Here it is stated that MG element drop probability will be increased accordingly. However, I believe that the exact calculation or formula was never shared so I speculate that it is likely calculated with diminishing effect(?) instead of cumulative, as the chance of element drop is 20%, and +5 MG points do not give 100% element drop chance for sure. Did some quick maffs and the percentage chance should be around 20%, 36%, 48.8% and 67.23% for +1, +2, +3 and +5 respectively, but don't quote me on that cus I am most likely wrong (not a numbers guy, b)
For HG, it is not explicitly stated but the probability of artifacts dropping seem to increase as well, based on my experience. This is corroborated by the daily article here:

The chance to get artifact in hunts is (3+ HG level)%, and maybe it increases like MG element drop rate.
