Hmm its interesting iam lvl 12 before the update when i had FL 10 for dwarf i would ger about 4-6k xp when i won, then i got FL 11 for dwarf and xp for wins got more bigger about 8k xp which is also some kind of disadvantage because i will level up faster now, but i have a pretty big advantage now against my opponents so teah win/lose situation.
And now after the ELO update its even more interesting i played in 2x2 all 4 of us was lvl 12, my team won and i got 10k xp and my partner 17k xp!? His FL was 10 and ELO lower by 300 points, so ii dont get it why he got so much more xp when his FL and ELO ar both lower, could someone explain it?

Experience gain has nothing to do with ELO. When you went from FSL 10 to FSL 11, you basically gained like 6 stat points, which leads to your character gaining 73% additional experience. The more pumped your character is, the more experience you're gonna receive
