| I am almost certain you continue the campaign from where you were, but now at the higher level. |
| Yes,it doesn't change anything. You continue where you left. |
| Campaign difficulty is calibrated by the average stats at each CL, so you should expects battles to get more difficult immediately after leveling up (but easing over time as you level up your other guilds and/or faction level). |
