The elixirs have no effect in PvP events, PvP tournaments, Commanders’ Guild battles, Survival Tournaments, or Text Quests. Elixirs must be used before September 1, 2023.

Everywhere else?
Would be pointless having elixirs work for tournaments/pvp because then you just have to always get an elixir
Same with armaments, pointless waste of gold that you need to spend to be competitive. |
