if only 100% dispersion removes hypnosis, so how did sp 4 removed it,since it was cast during empowered dark cycle?
For Reference : dispersion = 100-(5-4)*3=97% | It seems like the ru description does not have the if upgraded then tiers of creatures is 2-8 part so I assume then that temptresses are tier 4 thus the formula will give you 100 - (4-4)*3 = 100%.
This is what is needed to disperse fully.
