Author | Question about fsp |
When i try to go into pvp match commanders guild many times i meet players fsp 12, well mine is 10. I know should not do many things that dont give max fsp compared to exp but how did they end up with double my fsp at the end is my question. What are the best things to boost fsp? | cg is among the best source of fsp. watchers/events are next.
tg hunts mg quests are among the worst sources. if you limit those and maximize the high fsp battles you will catch up in no time. when i came back to this game after 7 years i had literally the WORST character in the game in terms of fsp/guild points for my level, 13, it took me 3 full levels of grinding to be in top 100 near the end of level 16, and top 20 on 17 and now im one of the top characters in terms of fsp/guild points. you can catch up just takes time and/or money | You have to play carefully and maximise your fsp/exp ratio.
The reasons why you have low main faction fsp is:
- Your fsp is spread across factions. 8.5k of your 15k exp is not on your main
- You have played too much mercenaries and hunters guild, they have bad ratio
- You may have played events with bad ratio or heaven forbid group battles.
- If you are not using ABC already then you should. | https://www.lordswm.com/pl_info.php?id=4651328
this guy was among the bottom on level 23/24 for stats 3 years ago because he was cg 0, but even down 15-20 stats to his opponents he ground it out and "caught up" in just 3 years and is now among the top players stat wise on his level. 3 years to go from cg 0 to cg 11. just grind cg even if you lose. if you play enough you will start learning how pvp works and recognize certain patterns and you will start winning more even against "stronger" opponents. then once you catch up you will crush most everyone because you will know how pvp works and you wont be at a disadvantage anymore. | for Acean:

Hi, may I have you guys to look at my character and let me know how to improve it in terms of FSP? I played mostly PVE, which are HG, MG and TG as well, not sure AG is a good choice | You have some of the issues mentioned above but to a lesser degree.
I compared your stats to my own as we are the same combat level. It's not really a fair comparison because I am a level camper.
I have 22% more exp but 80% more fsp
Your MG and TG are higher than mine (bad fsp ratio)
My watchers is 4 times yours and commanders is much higher (you don't play CG) these have the best ratio in game.
(Notice some of my guilds are capped out with 0.1 points to level, this one is an advanced technique for level campers but it's to limit exp pumping)
Focus on these higher ratio fights, use ABC, take advantage of the 'day of' and anniversary promotions that boost fsp. | It also depends on what you play and how you play it. Most events offer a decent XP/FSP ratio. Quick tournaments and group battles are by far the worst and should be avoided. I used to do QT for years, which resulted in a really poor ratio at CL 15-19. However, by focusing more on CG and events now, I’ve been able to balance out my character. In fact, my FSP ratio is now even above the average at CL 20.
At lower levels (anything below 17 in my case), I’d recommend prioritizing your main faction as much as possible, at least to 12, but 13 would be even better. After that, you can start leveling up other factions, ensuring you always have a strong foundation in your main one.
Most importantly, do what you enjoy, but do it wisely. Try to find hunts that give +2, +3, or +5 to optimize your guilds and FPS. Personally, I’m the opposite of Acean, I don’t camp on 0.1 stats, nor do I micromanage my FL in subfactions, even if it would boost my account.
Do what YOU like, unless you're planning to participate in clan wars, where it actually matters. Otherwise, it’s not a big deal. | One thing I thought I would mention is with regard to a certain fallacy on HG and mg.
Yes these give a poor ratio, but in practice you will have to do them at some point to avoid being behind in overall stats. Technically you can camp and farm them from events, but anyone who does that doesn't need the advice within this forum topic.
Given that for hard hunts and mg quests you will max out the exp, and that this max is linked to your combat level. When considering total xp for getting to a given level of HG or mg, you will have gained less exp if you have done more quests at a lower combat level.
How significant this is can be debated, however I guess my point is different techniques and approaches soon for peaks at any given guild at different points.
The main thing is you do what you enjoy. | This is really stupid, to be on top we can't enjoy certain aspects of the game. | Or just do not care about FSP, guild points,.. and just play it how you like? | Well that what i was doing i like hunts and Merc quest :D its stupid that you need to stop doing things you enjoy to be able to be strong in commander guild but can't change things hehe |
