I'M UNDER THE WATER PLEASE HELP *inserts meme here*

Hey guys,

Quick question:
I cannot understand what is the thing with all these things mentioned on the title. I got a 1% licence on the great wall. I can do what? How do i use it? The rest od them? How do I acquire them (besides buying from the market)?

THank you

if you have 100 same licenses you build an estate.
or you just sell it in market.
you get them by playing adventurers guild, or opening chests of abundance.
Do note:
Buying 100 parts is very expensive, usually around 3–5 million. Then you still need to upgrade the estate, which costs another 2 mil.

It’s a nice bonus when you’re doing Adventure Guild and get it as a drop. Gives you some gold back ;-). An estate itself gives you a 30% healing bonus, and you can store 60 (I think) artifacts in it.

Shares are something else entirely. These were introduced to the market by Empire, kind of similar to an estate, except you set the price of certain items. In return, you get, for example, 1% of the profits from those items sold that week (once per week). But we’re talking about very tiny profits here, so unless you invest thousands of euros, it’s really not worth it.
Estates give you 60% recovery bonus, and an extra 150 artifact storage capacity. Other than that, the income from people renting your estate is pretty negligible compared to the cost of buying one. It's around 5-6 million to have a 5-star estate. That's equivalent to 10 years of Abu Bakir's Charm which doubles your inventory and gives other bonuses.

Shares for facilities may be more profitable in the long term, but only if you manage to acquire a good facility and will hold on to it for years.
currently fully developed estate is no less than 7,4-7,6M gold in cheapest locations.
