I am trying to return item after repair.
When click on button it refreshes page without returning an item and no message on why it can't be returned.
Is it because player has full inventory? |

Yes and this is actually a problem, there are players who have permanently lost inventory slots due to others being blocked.
Block/jail is another reason
Out of slots another
Abc run out another
Often it's because they switch faction i.e for myself I have all the slots built for main faction but not for other factions. So if I switch I temporarily have fewer slots. |

I believe if player has been blocked for a while or just blocked you can ask the Empire (or possibly through the secretary) to fix this for you.
I've seen many examples of people being locked out for their slots and Empire taking the items or logging on to the other person's account and forcibly taking back the items. |
