To repair items, you will need the blacksmith castle which unlocks at combat level 6.
You will start at repairing efficiency of 10%, and every 4000 gold you spend in repairing will grant you 1 smith’s guild point. You can achieve a maximum efficiency of 90% and it costs roughly 3 million gold to go from 10% to 90%.
Now that you are new, I recommend just buying the items again instead of repairing it or sending the items to other smiths at 90% efficiency, if the item is worth repairing.
