Dear Support,
For 1,5 days now I cannot connect to the game with my smartphone, where normally I play the game.
I could connect now logging in with a PC, but now I cannot move on the map anywhere. I am stuck in my current location.
But the main issue is to login again via smartphone, as I am used to it and everything looks different with the PC login.
I already restarted my smartphone several times and I removed the game app and installed it again. Still no connection.
Where is the problem? Can you help please?

| Yes, it´s the 4th day now without connection for my mobile phone. So I can only play at home with the PC. This is sad. |

Same here. It's impossible to connect the game through lords of war and money strategy application. Nobody can help us. We are doomned!

It's been 7 days, now.
The App most of us are using still doesn't work. And nobody of the "dear support" speak a word about it... |
For me it is the 10th day now that my phone app cannot connect to the game. How is that possible? 10 days...

I would suggest checking if the connection works when using a VPN.
Additionally can try the Ru option in the app although game will be in Russian.
These are just suggestions for a workaround.
You could also try in the meanwhile using a browser on the phone to connect instead of the app and see if that works. |

VPN try with app did fail.
The game in Ru could be a problem in events, maybe?
But it completely works with any browser on my phone! Great thinking.
So, until the connection via app will be repaired (it is more convenient), I will just use my main browser on the phone.
Maybe that will work for all who have this problem? Try it.

Yes, the game works from phone with the browser link. I only play from phone and it's working.
But screen vision is reduced and battlefild, units and tiles are so small and impossible to select and manage.
I need the App that I am using is fixed... |
| I found a solution, about the application, all you need to do is to change the language. If you choose Russian language App will work as before, but unfortunately with Russian language. Probably The Big (Only) One decide only Russian speaking people to play the game.... |

It is now more than a full month that connection to the game with the Google Play app on smartphones is not possible. Could the support explain why that is so?
And at the moment I do have a problem again that happens every few weeks: I cannot move on the map, I am stuck in 1 region.
Does anyone know if there is a trick to overcome that problem? Because normally I just wait and after some time, the horse button to move on the map reappears.

| Just figured out the solution to the last problem: you cannot move on the map if you are overloaded with items! Remove or sell some items, when you are under the max again, you can move |
