| What does this mean? 1% share licence for constructing an Estate in "Fishing Village" | Estate licenses can be earned as a reward from the Adventurer's guild. Each estate license is 1%. If you collect 100 licenses for a single region, you can build an estate in that region.
Advice would be to sell those % when recieved;-) | You can sell them on the market for 45-50k each.
Estates aren't useful to you until you get much further along in the game. They are kind of a legacy item, they speed up troop and mana recovery which was useful when there used to be painfully long timers (more than 10 years ago). Now the main utility of an estate is additional inventory slots but this comes at a hefty price (circa 5m for the estate + a couple of million for upgrades)
I wouldn't advise anybody to buy an estate until they've exhausted the other gold sinks i.e. built all castles, AG3, smiths guild maxed, nice artifacts etc. |
