Good to know, I thought I was tripping and missed something in the announcements, like every 12 stages a new set of talents. Well the summon and firewall were a big help yesterday, let's see how to manage from now on.
Look out for when the second level has the same power of troops you gain, but possibly of a troop you value more. For example a couple of times I did a level 2 which have me the same power, but included vampires, which I figure will likely be more useful later on. Certainly I'm enjoying an event where I can use up some of my looted magic arts that were just sitting in my inventory
