House prices are already very high.
Add bonus of allowing owners to teleport (freely) between their own houses, and from their houses to an Empire portal facility - for free.
Starting from an Empire portal facility would still cost current price, but they can land directly in a district with a house they own.
Can be thought out as a new building in the house (personal portal?), that only owner can use. |
