Without upgrades & fsl don't expect tribal to win or sustain as they have most fragile units IMHO. Even upgrades gets killed pretty easy if they don't have sufficient blood point. |
I think I was close to winning, true I lack fsp and upgrades but if instead split centaurs as 60-1-1, I could have got succubi. He won the entire battle because of succubi.
And should have put my Invaders 2 tiles back to prevent Fiends from reaching me.
Any thoughts on this? |

With 2 stacks of 1 centaurs, your main stack of centaur would be easier to get killed. Yes it would be overall better, but far from giving you the victory.
Succubis are quite good on melee at this level. I would give a different approach, put 1 stack of shamans at 11:3 or 11:4 or 11:5 to serve as bait, in order to make the leapers suicide his troops, while his vermins were sleeping behind, you would also be abled to take his retalation with your goblins. Plus the 1 stacks centaurs to waste succubi's shots.
