as for a might demon , what are best talents at lvl 8 ?

Offensive talents for as much extra damage as possible.
How do I go in Commanders' Guild? As a Demon or DD? What talents are best? I tried both and failed in both cases, not to mention my damage was very low.
completely depends on what you like most :)
most people will say DD is best for commanders guild, but in my opinion Demon is as good in commanders guild as DD. Its all about playing style ;). though commander guild battles are very hard to win here, because of those russians with fl 10 and 5 faction resist for every level. As darkness demon i would say expert darkness, all mass darkness spell talents, basic erudition, and mana grab talent, for demon its advanced offence, cold blade, battle fury and advanced luck. Another way is with fortune and extensive gating, but its an unusual build and requires skill and probably aswell good faction resists :P

I found that Normal demons are pretty awesome against all other factions (maybe cuz i got Faction resistance) at lV10
But are bad against dark demons and normal demons with magic..

So i needed some help to play against dark demons and normal magic demons
I know i am not very good but i was beaten pretty bad

How to kill incends? they are bulky and can be attacked only by 3 stacks at a time
enemy cerberi with hellfire are too damaging
If i split cerberi, they get decayed.. if i didn't, they would get lighted :(

after 45% delay from dark demon, troops lose ini advantage of demons :'(
What to do against them?

Magic demon needs to max incendiaries and hope they will survive long enough to kill you. And they will split cerbery for sure, hoping to get at least one hellfire damage from the 3 stacks.

How do you combat this?
1. Focus to kill horses and incendiary. Sucubi and cerbery do very little damage unless they get hellfire. So your priority should be: horses, incendiary, cerbery, sucubi. DON'T lose your time killing gated units.
2. Don't split your troops, because of 2 main reasons:
- It's worse for an enemy to have to light or decay one big stack, then 3 smaller ones.
- If the enemy troops get hellfire, they will only attack one big stack, and not 2-3 smaller ones.
umm , well , can any one give me tips on battling with DD ? i seem to loose pretty often...

If you arent using a poison build, reduce your spell power to 4 and raise your attack.
When you split units for retal, keep 2-3 fiends depending on enemy hero's attack so they cant kill the retal taker on their turn (for might builds)
ok , so spell power to 4 , and knowledge 5 ?
is +3 attack really going to help ?
cause my fiends do not do much damage even on jumping 8 tiles : just 200 or so...
that's pretty less , as my 75 indecendaries used to do 580 damage , but with expert fortune...

I watched some of your duels in which you lost and noticed the following:
1) In your duel with the elf, you never casted mass delay and kept casting Ice Clod. DD are good at dark magic, dont waste that potential.
2) With the dwarf, you used Chaos Magic again on the hero's first turn, casting a mass darkness spell, even if it is on 2 units, will be worth it (in this case the frontier ursury and brawler - delay or curse). SP is too low for poison to do any real damage.

And another thing, delay heavy damaging shooters at all costs, dont waste mana using Ice Clod or Poison.

For what kind of battles?
For survilurg battles, the set up and play style are very different based on your teammates (team up with lower levels / same level / higher levels)

Many people say that you need max fiends.
At level 13, i was a huge fan of: max horse, 60 vermin, around 38 temptress (not max, but almost) no hounds and fill up with fiends.
(with all darkness talents and 7 knowledge / 7 spellpower)
Key to succes:
-Relax and cast all kinds of dark magic (usualy start with delay and confuse)
-Do not expect your temptress to control any stack (see it as a bonus if it works)
-Do not expect your fiends to hit hard (no "gamble jumps," especialy not early in the game)

example battle (2v2 CG: DD + DE vs Holy Knight + Tribal)
Enemy is scared of vermin and temptress, they even allow the shrews to live!
That is well worth having less fiends.
