I don't know how you can say that "this shadow bb must be the strongest faction overall" after just making comparison to dd in a 1v1 scenario.

Tell me how would you go on about beating a charmer elf or DoF battlewiz at 1v1. I think pure might classic necromancers will be hard opponents too.

sure but what you are talking about is the end game though. Living long enough to reach that kind of end game isn't going to be so obvious anymore when those sharpies take a chunk out of you with every hit, meanwhile your troops deal considerably low damage (combined dmg boars and ogres could dish out). And did i mention this shadow barb dies more easily?

Can somebody explain how was Hellfire in the past years, and whether it was Nerfed, or not?

Used to be fire elemental, then nerfed to have a cap.

really seems to be more of a myth than anything. For all my battles, fought and watched, with or against demons of same level or higher levels as you say - at best hellfire demons seem to only approach average tier in terms of strength and efficiency compared to the classic might demon which can easily be overwhelming in many more matchups.

I know that hellfire demon could deal a ton of damage through enchants, i have seen that too in facility battles but not a single dominating game with hellfire in standard games.

Thats the same for me, that was why I thought there was a cap, such that it only affected high enchant matches, but not normal ones.

given that demons are the least played faction I believe, and on top of that I think DD is preferred for most pvp situations, I think the impact of hellfire is minimal for most of us.

How the new barb variants work out in balance will not have a clear answer until a tournament or some fair system, prior to that it is informed speculation based upon ones own reference, which of course may not be indicative of the population as a whole.

All I think it is fair to say is that it is nice the admins are reflecting on things and trying to mix it up a bit based upon advice from everyone or whathever the data indicates/both. This is what one would want, even if the outcome isn;t always exactly as we would want it.

Finally the prayers have been heard and now hellsfire is a physical damage , meaning , "WIZARDS ARE NOT IMMORTALS FOR US ANYMORE" (when using hellsfire).

and yes hellsfire Demon is not a good choice in 1v1 battles u want a lot of enemy troops to be on battlefield to use it to max potential , normally i prefer using it in mix battles , 2v2 or 3v3 (For Best use) , just never works in 1v1.

Also question though , if its going to be a physical damage rather than fire magic , i guess fire magic enchants wont increase the attack power of hellsfire ?? , also this means magic resistence will not resist hellsfire ??

Yes both of those are true.

Btw hellsfire is probably not a build that is good in any PvP. At higher levels it's somewhat better but still.
If you wanna play CG or something it's far better to play DD at your level.

But still hellsfire is a fun build to play ^^
