I think the limit should be raised to about level 6 or 7. Only people that have played through the game and know it enough to understand what is a good suggestion and what is not should be able to post in I&S.
No more random comments about getting a bot to play combat for you or such weird ideas |

i agree. one of the main reasons they are limited to one forum is that there can only be spam in 1 place. if they want to make a topic for another place, they can always ask somebody to move it |
