Hello!
As I see in combats dark elves with 5th combat lvl are much weaker than for example elves. There is a big difference between bonuses which gives poissoners and druids - player with druids will always win with dark elf stacks.
I think that all agree with my opinion.
There is a need to repair that situation. Dark elves should have a better improvements to buy in castle. |

Military academy
Upgrades the military school to an academy, allowing to recruit poisoners.
Required level: 5
Dont tell me that I am stupid.
Druids are accesible from 5th lvl of elves. Lizards only decreases a big difference between elf and dark elf combat power. Poissoners, which are so expensive do very little improvement.
Dont forget that each druid could cast spell - dark elf has one cast for turn, elf 3-5 times more. Cast power of druids and dark elf are the same, so tell me how lvl5 dark elf could defeat lvl5 elf in combat.

first analogous creatures to poisoners are Sprites
lisard cavalry have more hp and damage, they can deal a lot of damage;
if you'd have higher spellpower, you would cause more damage than druids; try to wear some artifacts for spellpower..
& why do you think, that you must defeat elf?
for example knights on the 5 level are almost unbeatable, but there aren' cries for decreasing their power..

1)poisoners dont come in lvl 1
2)druids dont come in lvl 4
3)who says knights are unbeatable? have u battle a lvl 5 before? all factions are beatable. its just tactics and charcter build.
rapra, i agree with u that elfs are overpowered. not just in lvl 5 but since the start itself. i think we jsut have to face the fact as it is. thats why so many elfs out there. but anyway, they are weaker in group battles. |
for me is horrible that when I payd 7000 gold, 40 wood and 30 sulphur for poissoners I can only do 11 additive damage per turn.
Druids can do umcomparably more damage.
Also elves has more additional buldings which give them more combat abilities such as +1 luck on 4th lvl.
Dont tell me that I can wear artifacts to defeat elf. Elf can do it too.

I said poisoners - 1 level creature, druids - 4 level
poisoners - upgrade of the creatures of the first tier, druids - creatures of the 4 tier
so druids are naturally more powerfull that poisoners.. but it's more reasonable to compare sprites and poisoners or lisard cavalry and druids

with good fortune and very good tactik it's possible to defeat knight.. and elfs too |
All factions were balanced in full-artifact sets, which can imrove Spell Power for Dark Elf - it means +36 damage by magic arrow. It was said that you shouldn't find any balance in nude battles.

It's true, but only on 9 and higher levels... That's where we weak...
On 5-7 levels DE can defeat every faction, just try to use artifacts and brain :) |
For what i have seen, DE suffer to much from the fact that they dont shoot; everyone does, even Barbarians and Necros, only DE have too low level (and useless) shooting unit. And no casters. Only melee. Let me tell you that is not sufficient. You have to be Napoleon each time in order to win a battle, and if this is funny from one side, is boring from the other.
Where is the balancing for not having ranged nor casters?
Just take down rogues, by far the more dangerous creature in DE army, and you have won. The spell casting ability of the character, cannot be slightly compared to the amount of magic damage that wizards or elf could do.
And theyre very few, with no ranged and caster, they should be more, more brigands, more rogues, more in general, or give shooters or good spellcaster. |

5 lvl DE can do 504 damage with magic arrow. How can elf do more???

Lol imagine ten Elf with 6-7 druid each, were around 1200 damage......what you were saying Bleeth?
Use matematics before talking.
And btw elf have magic too, so meanwhile their druids owns your DE with magic, they cast speed on their bowman......lol
DE instead will move forward the dying Rogues or Lizards, if you prefer.... |
Imagine that bowmens are dead after second hero's move.
If you can't win elf with dark elf - you should change faction... Or game, maybe. |
What are you talking about? are you playing the same game of us or?
What i am tryng to tell you, and seems to be hard, that elf can count on both druids and bowmen, that are usually well protected by forest keepers, that even if theyre easy, with high Initiative they can always manouvre between you and bowmen. DE have offensive magic and rogues, and thats it.
But ive seen youre an Elf.....what coincidence.......then you can tell me that you play them because you like elfs....not BECAUSE theyre overpowered, dont you??
Show some respect for yourself, and stop writing knowing perfectly that Elf are the ones more unbalanced of the game! They have high initiative, powerful magic (druids with 32 life....magi doesnt even compare), and powerful ranged, they just miss melee.....fortunately. |
If you do not use your magic like you should use it, it doesn't mean that Elf has @powerful@ magic.
