| What is the building at the end of the road under the bridge? I am imagining some area lockeduntil you are a higher level in the game, but has anyone been there yet and know what it is for? | There are no locked areas on the map. Whenever a new sector is 'added' - everyone is free to visit it, no matter what level (s)he has.
So, no one knows (except a few characters, of course) what's beyond that natural stone portal or hidden in the mountains near the waterfall, what is on top of Silent Hill or what open sea can offer, and so on =) | | layouts for new sectors could be suggested. like what industries it would have and what might attack you while there. |
