| there is one and only way - using this nice and handy system called "private mail". hop to your character page and search a bit. |

You can also activate the chat and suggest your teammates to do the same. It is done by typing "http://heroeswm.com/frames.php" into the browser address bar, even while in combat.
There, use private chatting if there are 2 of us, or switch to, dunno, VIP room =) clan room would be best, if all your teammates are members of a clan you are a member of. |
