I met many afk-ers during group battles, never posted their names or say something to them. But this one is really, really funny. I can't hold my laugh anymore. Please read this and tell me who is crazy, me or him?
So, we were in a 3 vs 3, all lvl 4 battle. One of us died, letting me and millanue against all 3 opponents. On the next turn, millanue, my ally goes afk having almost all troops alive. Of course, after 5 turns all his troops were killed and I left alone in battle. With great luck and with help of many mistakes made by opponents that thought they already won, I managed to won the fight for our team.
Immediately after fight was over, the fun started. I wrote this message to him:

I just wanted to thank you for leaving the group battle. Your troops died, you got 0 xp and I got 1555 xp for winning the battle. Yes, we won the battle without you and you got 0 xp and -2 luck for 2 hours.

Maybe I have exaggerated a bit, but I was angry about his behavior. The reply was .....

Please first learn to write, then reply to me. And it is rude to go afk in a middle of battle. Very rude, even if it is just a game. This is saying much about your character and personality.

I was spechless after that, so I tried for last time to to explain him that HE was rude, not me:

I think is useless to write him anything more, I will just ignore him.
Anyway, maybe I am mistaken and I was rude and he is the victim. He goes AFK in middle of the battle, then 5 minutes later he was up to reply to messages and arguing.
What you think? I am crazy because I am trying to explain him that playing this game brings some responsibilities?

some people just have strange personalities. of course it is rude when you leave a groupbattle without reason. i have to admit that i had to go afk during a cardgame once - that was becasue an important matter i had to attend. but this is no excuse for bad language or behavior of this guy. | lol)

He had just finished the "meeting" with his mom :) | | sounds like the person is from a non-english speaking country and he didn't quite understand what you said and took it as a insult or something like that, seems like a misunderstanding. It sucks when people leave in the middle of a battle, but it looks like you did great in it anyways. | | I am also "from a non-english speaking country" and my English is bad, but at least I use articulated words. | | sobolanul, your English is great. if his absent cause you lose the fight, i dont mind you going to scold him with PM in any manner.
but, since you win the fight, you still send a pm to him and provoke him? funny, i wonder what personalities you had. you have good potential to be trouble maker, haha. it wont be good if any party elect you as representative to make any deal with other.

People have several reasons for leaving combat; it is not always malicious. He may have been rude for leaving, but he was punished by the system. Additional seditious comments are unnecessary. I am closing this thread for now. I won't ban you, but please do not make future threads regarding similar issues unless players break rules. Exempli gratia, it would be against the rules if they claim they are idling to disrupt combat.
