i just started training as a smithy,and have noticed the items i have repaired have lost durability.......
eg.. i repaired my hunters bow it started at 1/10 (as i'm only low lvl smithy and i have repaired it a few times and now it's down to 1/1 i was wondering if thats the case all the time..or when i get better as a smithy does it not lose durability? if thats the case i may as well give in now.because the items i want repairing i want them to be like new (eventually) is there any smithies out there that can give me some pointers plz? either pm me or reply to this here.. thx |
Any artifact with durability 0/X can be repaired. Repairing efficiency depends on the guild level and varies from 10% to 90%. For instance, the guild novice will repair artifacts with 10% efficiency, which means, that a worn out artifact of 0/30 will have 3/29 durability after repairing, while an experienced blacksmith with 60% efficiency would turn it to 18/29 durability. |
i know that , but what i mean is.. the durability started out as 1/10, and i have fixed the item roughly about 9 times and it has reduced the durability size (note the end number) 1/1.. so it's gone from 1/10.. to 1/1 when i have fixed it... i understand i can't repair it to 20% till the next lvl and so forth.. |
Every time you repair an item it decreases in maximum durability by 1 point. |
thats what i thought.. but if i keep training this skill, will it always be like that? as there's not much point doing it if eventually your not going have much durability on your weapon/shield etc.. |
and also, now i repaired my hunters bow that much, i can't repair it any more, as it has no durability left |
^^ No durability left, so it can't be use anymore?
What's the poin of repair something if at the end you can't keep using it.
>>> Smith's guild truly a money loss or i'm wrong? :D |
Whenever you repair an item, its durability gets decreased by 1, including the highest 90% repairing efficiency. |
How do you get items repaired if you are not a smith? |
where is the smith? |
