you need combat lvl 3 and 2 hunter's guild point.

A hero can ask for assistance in hunting after getting level 2 in the guild. The assistant must be present in the same region, have the same combat level and at least level 1 in hunters’ guild. http://www.heroeswm.com/help.php?section=39
