| What is 'Laborour guild'? | It's the guild of the workers. (Laborers’ Guild)
Here prominent workers is gathered, and that's all they do. They work. Not in the guild per se, but rather in the mines and factories across the world.
The better you are at working, the more recognition you get from your guild, and they are the ones that decide how high salary you should get from your next workplace.
Example: You are a lvl 4 Laborer. This means you're pretty darned good at working. And you plan to work in a mine. Normal salary is 175 gold, but the guild handles the affairs for you, and they swipe you a way better deal than you could on your own! So instead of the normal 175 gold, you will recieve 437 gold!
Also, at lvl 2, 4, 6 and so on, you will recieve an additional point of defense to demonstrate your sturdiness. | for Agelage:

In my example I had a lvl 4, and in yours you have a lvl 5. | | ?? And how does it lvl up? when i work in mines or whatever, i don't see it becoming higher? | | That's exectly how it levels up. Every time you enroll, you get +1 to your LG skill. There's no other way to improve it, other than work. |
