Author | Units for wizard lvl 5 |
Hello!
Today I reached lvl 5 and I don't know which troops would be the best. I thought about:
7 magi
16 golems
26 gremlins engineers
6 gargoyles
Now I haven't got enough money to upgrade gremlins, but I want to do this as soon as it's possible. Do you think this strategy is good, or maybe you can give me an advice about better one? Thx for answers | This is one of the two best builds, the other one is 7 magi and maximum gargoyles, with some golems / gremlin engineers for change.
Your build determines a wizard attacker, so it is very well supported by attack mini-arts for golems and initiative / morale artifacts for magi (HP for gremlins, if you are rich).
The second build is a defender-survivalist that targets most HP and good damage for the hero's magic. Optimal mini-artifacts for that case are HP for Magi, defense for gargoyles and HP for some of the engineers.
Now, you have a 4 Knowledge 2 Spell power build which is closer to survivalist. but if you equip a couple of artifacts for Spell power, like Cape of spirits + Wizard cap, you might be very efficient with grem+gol build too.
Just make up your mind about your style, and play accordingly =) | Thx - it really helped me very much. I rather prefer the attacker style of beeing a wizard :D I'll reset talents and use erutition to increase spell power and I'll have 3 knowledge, 3 spell power. Then, I'll upgrade gremlins and then (a month later :P) I'll be collecting gold & resources for mini-arts. | i think gremlins need +3 or +4 life to be efficient.
i made the mistake to upgrade them. its better to get mini arts for magi or golem first, and fight without gremlin.
for every wizard +% initiative for magi is the most important thing. otherwise they usually die before their first turn. | I have 1 gremlin 32 gargoyles and 16 gollums
I used to have 1 gremlin 26 gargoyles and 16 gollums
I have not battled with my new units yet so i dont know weather it is a good army |
