Gourtox was likely asking you to post a picture of the particular code. A lot of times one letter will look like something else if it's bent oddly and a little off of the screen. If you post a link to the picture, other people can probably help you figure out what it is. |

I guess you need to try another code. sometimes it is unclear if a sign is a 9 or q for example. |

You can copy the link to that image, then create a topic in the Queries and Help forum branch and paste it there. Anyone will be able to see that code, so you might get a few hunches right away.
